3 percent tax cut for manufacturing

Before the reform, the annual value-added tax to be paid: 100×16%-80×16%= 320 million yuan. After the reform, VAT will be paid every year: 100×13%-80×13%= 260 million yuan. In this way, enterprises can pay less than 60 million yuan per year.

Higher environmental protection requirements

From the previous "fight the hard battle of pollution prevention and control" to this year's "strengthen pollution prevention and ecological construction, and vigorously promote green development", the government work report has put forward higher requirements for environmental protection.

Green packaging push

Chai Glittering suggested that the green packaging standards as one of the access conditions for express delivery companies engaged in express delivery operations, and suggested that government departments increase policy support for green packaging companies, especially for the purchase of degradable packaging materials to enterprises to give a certain amount of funding to accelerate the development and application of degradable materials.

It can be said that the greening of the industry requires the full participation of government, enterprises, citizens and other participants, and the upstream and downstream whole industry chain linkage is needed to jointly promote the reduction and recycling of packaging, so as to build a green cycle sharing mechanism of the whole social chain.
