Applicablesubstrate

The surface treated polyethylene and polypropylene plastic film can also be used for the printing of aluminum foil, aluminum foil, PET film and other materials (please check the adhesion between the ink and the substrate before printing to avoid loss).

Useand scope

1, mainly used for frozen food and vegetable film packaging printing;

2, this product is not suitable for printing high temperature cooking food packaging;

3, not suitable for composite processing.

Printingviscosity

Depending on the printing speed, viscosity is recommended.

Normal white: 12 ~ 16 seconds /25℃ No. 3 Chaen cup

Normal color: 13 ~ 17 seconds /25℃ No. 3 Chaen cup

Suitable speed: 60 m ~ 200 m/min

Diluentagent

This product has three kinds of solvent ratio, the user according to the printing conditions to choose

Number one

Isopropyl alcohol 30%

Ethyl acetate 30%

Methylcyclohexane 40%

 

Number two

Isopropyl alcohol 30%

Ethyl acetate 30%

Methylcyclohexane 30%

Butyl acetate 10%

Number 3

Isopropyl alcohol 30%

Butyl acetate 30%

Methylcyclohexane 40%

Note: No. 1 dries fastest, No. 3 dries slowest.

Matters needingattention

In the printing process of this product, the mixed solvent should contain not less than 20% methylcyclohexane;

Please evaluate the adhesion of the product substrate first (some substrates need to be placed and cured for two hours after printing);

When the diluent is prepared, please check the quality of the solvent in advance to prevent the deterioration of the ink;

The ink in the bucket should be shaken before use to ensure quality consistency;

This product should be kept away from fire, sealed, shelf life of one year.
