Printing of surface-treated polyethylene, polypropylene plastic film and other materials (before printing, please check the adhesion between the ink and the substrate to avoid loss).

1, mainly used for shopping bags and other packaging printing;

2, this product is not suitable for printing high temperature cooking food packaging;

3, not suitable for composite processing.

Depending on the printing speed, viscosity is recommended.

Normal white: 12 ~ 16 seconds /25℃ No. 3 Chaen cup

Normal color: 13 ~ 17 seconds /25℃ No. 3 Chaen cup

Suitable speed: 60 m ~ 200 m/min

This product has three kinds of solvent ratio, the user according to the printing conditions to choose

Note: No. 1 dries fastest, No. 3 dries slowest.

In the printing process of this product, the mixed solvent should contain not less than 20% methylcyclohexane;

Do not use water or alcohol solvents with high water content and gasoline as diluents;

When the diluent is prepared, please check the quality of the solvent in advance to prevent the deterioration of the ink;

The ink in the bucket should be shaken before use to ensure quality consistency;

This product should be kept away from fire, sealed, shelf life of one year.
