Suitable for printing heat shrinkable PVC and PET films on imported or domestic gravure printing machines, ideal printed products can be obtained at printing speeds ranging from 30-140 meters per minute.
The printing viscosity depends on the printing speed.
Generally: White ink 14-18 seconds/25 ℃ No.3 Chaen cup
Color Ink 16-20 seconds/25 ℃ No.3 Chaen Cup
It is recommended that users use the special diluent produced by our company. If users make their own diluent, please use the following proportion:

When using this product, please make clear the characteristics of the material, and first make ink samples to determine the quality;
Do not mix with PVC inks from other manufacturers.
When printing especially shallow screen, please add 10%-15% propylene glycol methyl ether solvent to the diluent;
When the diluent is prepared, please check the quality of the solvent in advance to prevent the deterioration of the ink;
In order to prevent the adhesion of PVC shrink film after printing, please do not add ketone and benzene solvents;
The ink in the bucket should be shaken before use to ensure quality consistency;
This product should be kept away from fire, sealed, shelf life of one year.
